We specialize in fuel spill recovery, cargo load recovery and heavy-truck recovery, but sometimes duty calls and requires something more! In this incident, we had to do a little electrical work to fix a refrigerated trailer.
Fuel Spill Response
Unfortunately, vehicle accidents happen. Sometimes, debris and a fuel spill from a crash require immediate spill recovery and cleanup. Who cleans up the mess?
Back in September 2019, Team Pro-Enviro responded to a call regarding a jackknifed semi-truck and trailer in Federal Way, Washington. Unfortunately, the truck had crashed into a guard rail on Interstate 5, causing a widespread diesel fuel and engine oil spill.
On May 13, 2021, we received a call regarding a hydraulic fluid spill at a construction site that needed immediate cleanup. Team Pro-Enviro quickly prepared all the necessary equipment and supplies and rushed to the location.
On June 11, 2021, a commercial box truck went into the ditch and climbed up the embankment. It then rolled over onto the driver’s side of the truck. The accident smashed the cab and the fuel tank, causing a significant spill in the ditch and surrounding area. The accident was blocking one side of the SR167 at Tukwila, WA and required immediate truck and spill recovery.
On June 6, 2021, an accident involving a semi-tractor trailer needed an extensive fuel spill response. When Team Pro-Enviro got there, we connected with the Department of Ecology to properly assess the spill cleanup. First, would apply an absorbent on the paved area to soak up the fuel and stop any additional contaminants from leaking into the soil.
